COLLEGEVILLE - A professor at St. John's University and the College of St. Benedict has written a book that cronicals his life since he became a quadriplegic.

It was 25 years ago next week when Bob Bell was a freshman at St. John's. A fellow student put him in a wrestling hold and broke his neck. Bell was just 19-years-old at the time.

Bell says it took him a while to come to terms with it, but returning to St. John's helped him move-on.

Bell says it's a process that's still evolving to this day. He says he waited until now, 25-years later, to write the book because he wanted to have a story to tell...

Bell's book about his recovery is called "Un Moving Four Ward: Tales and Tips for Keeping Perspective Despite Life's Challenges".
