Shelyne “Shelly” Angell, 51, Princeton

Shelyne “Shelly” Angell, 51, of Princeton, passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.

Shelly was born February 15, 1964 in Thief River Falls, the daughter of Ralph and Judy (Prigge) Kriel. She grew up in St. Francis and graduated from St. Francis High School. She married Ronald Angell on September 30, 2000 in St. Francis. Shelly worked as a machinist at Northland Screw Products. The couple moved to Princeton in 2005. Shelly enjoyed watching the Vikings and Nascar, gardening, decorating and fishing. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Shelyne is survived by her husband Ron; father Ralph (Edie Hanwell); mother-in-law Judy Angell; children, Nicole (Kevin Syrdahl) Kriel, Michael (Heather) Angell, David (Kristen) Angell and Daniel (Bridget Welinski) Angell; 9 grandchildren, Trevor, Ethan, Jack, Caleb, Isabella, Makayla, Parker, Brianna and Kadon; and siblings, Greg (Kathleen) Kriel, Mike Kriel and Kristy (Dan) Nordahl.

She is preceded in death by her mother Judy Kriel and father-in-law Scott Angell.

A visitation will be held from 5-8PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Princeton, with a time of sharing beginning at 8PM. Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton.
