The St. Cloud City Council has approved a liquor license for Cowboy Jack's after tabling it for two months while waiting for all of the paperwork. That paperwork has now been submitted.

The Rox Nightclub and Tavern on Germain closed Monday and work has already started on renovating the inside for the newest tenant of the building. Brad Ireland owns the store fronts. He says Cowboy Jacks bar and Restaurant is coming to that location.
