Woman Arrested After Alleged Baseball Bat Attack

ST. CLOUD - A woman is in jail after allegedly hitting another woman with a baseball bat.

St. Cloud police were called to the 300 block of 38th Avenue North at about 4:45 p.m. on Friday. An investigation revealed 26 year old Eden Lonebear of St. Cloud had assaulted 56 year-old Cheryl Robinson, also of St. Cloud, outside a residence.

Both women refused medical attention.

Lonebear was arrested for 2nd degree assault and taken to Stearns County Jail. Robinson was cited for disorderly conduct and released.
