Willmar Sends Rox to 9th Straight Loss

The St. Cloud Rox lost 9-6 at home against Willmar Monday night.  The loss for the Rox is their 9th straight.  Boo Vazquez was 3-5 with a run scored and 1 RBI and Carlos Lopez was 3-5 for St. Cloud.  Alex Roberts threw 5 innings with 8 hits and 5 earned runs allowed to take the loss.  Willmar scored 3 runs in the 2nd inning and added 2 more runs in the 3rd.

St. Cloud is 5-14 and will host Willmar again tonight at 7:05, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.  Righthander Billy Soule is the expected starting pitcher for St. Cloud.  It's Jimmy Buffet night featuring Live music starting at 6pm.  The Rox will be wearing Jimmy Buffet influenced uniforms.
