The White Sox beat the Twins 11-8 Wednesday night in the rubber game of the 3-game series.  Alejandro De Aza hit a grand slam homerun off Brian Duensing to break the game wide open.  Justin Morneau was 3-5 with 2 homeruns and 3 RBIs and Joe Mauer went 2-4 with a homerun and 2 runs scored.  Morneau has 8 homeruns and Mauer has 2 homeruns this season.  Brian Dozier hit a 2-run single for Minnesota.

Cole DeVries made his major league debut for the Twins and allowed 6 hits, 6 runs (3 earned) in 5 innings to take the loss and drop to 0-1.  The Twins are 15-29 and will host Detroit beginning a 3-game series tonight at 7:10, pregame on WJON at 6:40.  Righthander Anthony Swarzak (0-3) gets the start on the mound for the Twins and lefthander Drew Smyly (1-1) toes the rubber for the Tigers.
