RICE -- Good news for motorists who travel along Highway 10 through Rice.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says all westbound lanes and ramps of Highway 10 opened to traffic this morning, including the new westbound bridge over Benton County Road 2.

Eastbound traffic will still encounter narrow, temporary bypass lanes and temporary signals at County Road 2 and County Road 31 until October 25th.

MnDOT says farmers and freight haulers with high loads need to be aware of a 15-foot height restriction on County Road 2 beneath the new westbound bridge. The height restriction will be in effect until October 25th.
