UPDATE: Gas Prices Still Rising in St. Cloud, Minnesota

ST. CLOUD - Gas prices are still going up.  Some gas stations in the St. Cloud metro area raised the price of a gallon of regular unleaded to $4.29 a gallon this (Thursday) morning.

That's a new record high for St. Cloud.

Minnesota currently has the highest gas prices in the United States, other than Hawaii.
