The Department of Veterans Affairs has terminated the contract over the failed wind turbine at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center.

Nearly a year after a $2.3-million wind turbine was built at the St. Cloud V-A Medical Center it's still not working properly.

A windmill at the St. Cloud V-A Medical Center is up and running after replacement blades arrived recently. The project was delayed after a crack was discovered on one of the turbine blades.
