A lawsuit in New Jersey opened the door for the settlement, and those who apply could be looking at up to $100 from Verizon.

Authorities say one of two suspects who attempted to rob a Verizon Wireless store in Minnesota was shot in an exchange of gunfire with a clerk.

After months of construction, the new St. Cloud Verizon store has opened it's doors. Verizon spokeswoman Megan Dorsch says the store, at 3520 West Division Street, officially opened this (Friday) morning.

An update to a story we told you about Tuesday. A verizon store will sit on the former China Restaurant location. Verizon spokeswomen Karen Smith has confirmed to WJON the business will be leasing the building from the developer who bought the restaurant.

Last week we told you that Brother's Bar and Grill was coming to the 5th Avenue Live! development. It's the latest business to sign a lease at the project. Developer Brian Schoenborn says they now have two of the four buildings in the North 100 block filled - Brothers and Cloud Coworking. He says they're also very close to filling the 125 building.
