Unemployment Rate

The unemployment rate for the St. Cloud metro area went down slightly last month. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says the unemployment rate for March is at 4.8 percent, down from the five percent it was at for both January and February.

The unemployment rate for the St. Cloud metro area went up in December. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says we were at 3.9 percent in December, that's up from the 3.3 percent we had in November.

The unemployment rate in the St. Cloud metro area is the lowest its been in 13 years. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development says our unemployment rate in October was 3.1 percent.
