While the road didn't last long, it was a pretty inventive and uniquely Minnesota idea to cut down on some costs, while keeping the residents of the NW Angle supplied.

A plan to create public-private partnerships in finishing major road construction projects stalled in the Minnesota House this session. It would have created toll roads to help pay for them.
