The no. 3 St. John's University basketball team defeated the no. 2 University of St. Thomas in their third matchup of the year to claim the MIAC title on Saturday.

The St. John's/St. Thomas football game in 2019 will be played at the new Minnesota Loons Stadium. The game will be a St. Thomas home game and will be played October 19, 2019 at Allianz Field.
