St. Cloud State announced the hiring of Chad Braegelmann as their new head volleyball coach today. He comes to SCSU from the University of Minnesota-Morris. He also served as Sports Studies and Athletics Discipline Coordinator and as Assistant Athletic Director.

The St. Ben's Volleyball team is ranked #12 in this week's Top 15 Division III poll. The Blazers are 1-1 in the MIAC and 12-1 overall.

The St. Cloud State women's volleyball team lost 3 games to none to 3rd ranked Minnesota-Duluth Tuesday night. Rachel Burke had 10 kills for SCSU in the loss. SCSU is 5-6 overall and 1-2 in the NSIC.
The St. Cloud State volleyball team lost 3-0 at Nebraska-Kearney Thursday night. The match was the first in a weekend tournament. Rachel Burke had 7 kills and 11 digs for the Huskies. SCSU is 3-2 on the season and will continue play in the Nebraska-Kearney tournament today.
