The St. Cloud Rotary Club is planning on a full concert season for Summertime By George.

Thousands gathered for this season's last Summertime by George at Lake George in St. Cloud tonight (Wednesday).

The music line-up has been announced for Summertime By George. The St. Cloud Rotary Club says the opening night on Wednesday, June 10th will feature Transit Authority. Other returning favorites include: the Johnny Holm Band, GB Leighton, and the Fabulous Armadillos.

The St. Cloud Rotary Club received a welcomed surprise when an anonymous donation for $130,000 was sent to them.

It's cold and rainy now, but before you know it, it will be summer again. When the Summertime By George concert series return in June the bands will have a brand new stage for their performances.

A ceremony tomorrow (Tuesday) will put the finishing touches on a Lake George project that has been in the works since 2007. Planners, donors and other dignitaries will get an up close look at the Eastman Park project around Lake George.

A downtown St. Cloud attraction that has been out of service since 2007 is coming back this summer. The trolley that used to shuttle folks between Clemens Gardens and downtown will run as part of the "Summertime By George" concert series.
