The Vice President of the St. Cloud Area Hospitality Association Scott Widor says he never expected Governor Tim Walz to limit the state's bars and restaurants to just outdoor seating when he made his announcement Wednesday.

Bars and restaurants in Minnesota have been closed to dine-in customers since March 16th and with the Governor's Stay At Home order now extended until May 18th we know they won't be reopening anytime soon.

St. Cloud State University officials may have abolished Homecoming weekend, but that's not stopping the downtown bars from celebrating. Dan Wedin is the President of the St. Cloud Hospitality Association. He says they're hosting their own "Homecoming weekend" on Saturday, October 8th.
