The St. Cloud Blue Sox 15U youth baseball team has been on a roll in June. The weekend of the 9th thru 11th they were in Fargo at the Liam G Medd Tournament and compiled 4 wins on the way to the championship.

The St. Cloud Blue Sox youth baseball teams are getting set to play in state baseball tournament July 12-14.

The St. Cloud Blue Sox youth baseball organization is hosting the Gopher State Spring invitational which will take place Saturday and Sunday in St. Cloud at Whitney Fields.

The St. Cloud Blue Sox youth baseball tryouts will take place at Whitney Fields Sunday September 23 through Tuesday September 25. The tryouts will be under the lights at Whitney Field #C2. The age groups vary in age from 10 and under to 15 and under. The schedule is as follows.

Four St. Cloud Blue Sox players participated in the MYAS All Star Tournament August 10-12 and their team finished 3-0 in the tournament. The Four Blue Sox players are as pictured left to right; Hunter Bloomer, Dylan Carlson, Mike Hibert and Brennan Plausen.

The St. Cloud Blue Sox youth baseball 11AAA team lost 9-4 in the 3rd place game to the Rocky Mountain Hit Club in the West Coast World Series in Aurora, Colorado. The Blue Sox tied the game 4 in the 5th inning but allowed 5 runs in the 6th inning to lose.

The St. Cloud Blue Sox 11AAA youth baseball team plays for 3rd place in the West Coast Global World Series in Aurora, Colorado. The Blue Sox finished 1-3 in pool play and were seeded 9th out of 10 teams. The Blue Sox defeated the Rocky Mountain Rampage 6-4 in the first round of bracket play and upset the top seeded New Mexico Sidewinders 7-6 before falling 10-4 to Colorado Spring Majestic in the final four.

The St. Cloud Blue Sox 11AAA team lost a pair of games in Aurora, Colorado 15-6 to the Rocky Mountain Hit Club and 17-11 to the Rocky Mountain Hit Club Rampage. Pool play continues for the Blue Sox today in Aurora against the New Mexico Sidewinders and against the Colorado Outlaws.

The St. Cloud Blue Sox 11AAA youth baseball team will play in a Global World Series starting at 8:30 Thursday morning in Aurora, Colorado. The Blue Sox qualified to play in a Global World Series earlier this season by finishing 2nd in the St. Cloud Blue Sox invitational. The Blue Sox are guaranteed at least 6 games and will play against teams from 3 different states.
