A Level 3 Predatory Offender will be moving to the St. Cloud area at the end of the month.

St. Cloud Police are looking for a level III sex offender after he didn't cooperate with his required predatory offender registration.

A 33-year-old sex offender is accused of luring a 16-year-old girl to his apartment. Nathaniel Lee Betzler was charged Friday with possession of child pornography and depriving another of parental rights.
