Minnesota Senators Amy Klobuchar and Al Franken have voted for emergency legislation allowing the government to borrow more money and avoid a U.S. government default.
Democratic U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar has a hefty $3.3 million in the bank for her reelection effort next year. Klobuchar's campaign released her fundraising report Tuesday for the second quarter of 2011. The campaign says she raised about $1.1 million during April, May and June for a total bank balance of $3.3 million.
