St. Cloud Man Charged With Assaulting Woman
A St. Cloud man has been charged with two counts of felony domestic assault and one count of domestic assault by strangulation. Twenty-five-year-old Saed Hossein is accused of punching, choking and grabbing the hair of a woman early Monday.
