The 2014 state legislature has given Minnesota road projects a financial shot-in-the-arm.

St. Cloud voters will be deciding on an $18-million bond referendum when they head to the polls this November. The city council approved the referendum by a unanimous vote Monday night.

The city of St. Cloud is considering putting a bond referendum on the ballot this November. Mayor Dave Kleis says it stems from their recent citywide survey where respondents indicated transportation, congestion and the condition of roads as the top priority.
