A St. Cloud woman suffered non-life threatening injuries when her car was rear-ended while stopped in traffic. St. Cloud Police say 48-year-old Carol Winkleman was stopped at the intersection of 8th Street North and 37th Avenue North just before 8:00 a.m. today when her car was struck from behind.
