A hotline has been set-up for Minnesotans impacted by the propane shortage. If you are in danger of running out of propane, you can call 1-800-657-3504. The State Emergency Operations Center says they'll staff the line Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. They'll offer help with information on Energy Assistance Programs, and local resources.

Stearns County is one of the state's largest turkey producers and growers are feeling the pinch because of rising propane prices and a limited supply.
