A St. Cloud man faces criminal charges after allegedly pulling a gun on bouncers at the Press Bar in St. Cloud.

The Stearns County Attorney says a man arrested after an incident early Sunday morning outside of the Press Bar in downtown St. Cloud has been released from jail and has not been charged at this time. Twenty-year-old Patrick McNeely is employed as a bouncer at the bar.

The St. Cloud city council has unanimously approved the transfer of the liquor license for the Press Bar and Parlor. The council held a public hearing during tonight's (Monday) meeting. The liquor license has been transferred to Andrew and Jessie Welsh of St. Joseph, who are buying the bar from longtime owners Jim Gillespie and Greg Payne.

The Press Bar in downtown St. Cloud is set to be under new ownership. Andrew and Jessie Welsh of St. Joseph are set to take over for current owners Jim Gillespie and Greg Payne in the coming weeks.

St. Cloud Police responded to a bar fight in downtown St. Cloud this morning (Sunday).

The Press Bar hosted a benefit on Sunday night for James Gackstetter, the man who was shot outside of the Bar two weeks ago.

A benefit will be held this Sunday for a man who was shot in downtown St. Cloud last month. The fundraiser for James Gackstetter will be from 5:00 until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Press Bar.

A Macon, Mississippi man is set to be arraigned this morning for allegedly shooting a Press Bar employee early Saturday morning.

Police say injuries to a man found in downtown St. Cloud were self-inflicted, not from a stabbing as originally thought.
