The man authorities say was involved in a pursuit and officer-involved shooting Saturday near Zimmerman has been charged.

The jury trial for a man who fired gunshots at police is underway in Stearns County Court this week. Frank Bammert faces two counts of assault and another charge of possessing a gun.
