Cold Spring Extends Police Chief Boucher’s Contract
Cold Spring has extended Police Chief Chris Boucher's contract for another year. Acting city administrator Kris Dockendorf says the council also approved a 2.5 percent cost of living increase and a 3 percent step increase in his pay. Boucher was making $36.02 per hour and will now make $38.00 per hour.

The Cold Spring City Council is planning to make a decision in two weeks on extending the contract for Police Chief Chris Boucher for another year. Boucher was hired as chief last May. He previously served as interim chief after the retirement of Phil Jones in 2013.
