There's A new option for food and drinks in downtown St. Cloud. "The Pickled Loon" on West St. Germain Street is opening it's doors this weekend. They have a soft opening tomorrow (Friday). And, on Saturday they're hosting four live bands.
A new bar and restaurant is coming to downtown St. Cloud. The city council approved a full liquor license for "The Pickled Loon", which will be going into the former McRudy's Pub building at 715 West St. Germain Street.
A group of people interested in opening a bar in the former McRudy's Pub building will try once again to get a liquor license from the St. Cloud City Council. The city council denied their request in August because one of the four people in the ownership group was the former manager of McRudy's.
