Some traditional ways of celebrating Halloween might be out of the question this year, but one local group has found another way for people to dress up, have fun, and even get some free candy.

Despite mixed precipitation in the forecast, a dedicated crew went on a sort of mini-golf bar crawl near Kimball. Pearl Lake Lodge hosted their annual Bar Stool Open on Saturday.

St. Patrick's Day isn't until next Friday, but a couple popular local events will be kicking off the fun this weekend.

The annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Marty is tomorrow (Saturday). Organizers say they have over 70 units signed-up so far. The line-up begins at noon, with the parade starting at 1:00 p.m.
