A monthly program that gives kids a judgment-free space and an attentive audience to practice their reading in front of has returned to St. Cloud.
Paws To Read Helps Kids Tackle Shyness
Paws to Read, sponsored by the Minnesota Reading Corps and Tri-County Humane Society, will take place tomorrow (Saturday) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the St. Cloud Public Library.
Humane Society Volunteers will have along with them several therapy dogs, a guinea pig and a rabbit, and kids will be able to work through their shyness by reading to the animals one-on-one.
