Police in Northfield are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in the snow outside a residence. Authorities say the woman's body was discovered Sunday about 3 p.m.

Police are looking for a gunman who they say robbed a Northfield hotel and fired at officers. There are no reports of injuries.
