The Minnesota Wild have claimed defenseman Nate Prosser off waivers from the St. Louis Blues. The 28-year old Elk River native had 2 goals and 6 assists while playing for the Wild in 2013-2014.
The Minnesota Wild road tour came through St. Cloud Wednesday. Current players Nate Prosser and Jason Zucker and radio announcers Bob Kurtz and Tom Reid stopped at MAC to sign autographs and meet the public. Fans had a chance to play chuck-a-puck as well. Approximately 100 fans showed up to see the players. The crowd was less this year in part because of the lack of success the Wild have had lately and the still emerging names of Prosser and Zucker.

People can play the interactive game chuck a puck at the event. The Granite City Cafe with Jay Caldwell and Lee Voss will broadcast live at the event from noon-2 today.
