A local youth baseball organization has been awarded a grant to help them get new equipment.

St. Cloud's Park Department wants to apply for a state grant to build a playground for kids with disabilities. A public hearing tonight is the first step in building a $350,000 Miracle Playground at Whitney Park.

A dream that began over five years ago will become a reality this weekend. The Miracle League of Central Minnesota is hosting the opening ceremonies of their brand new ball field.
