A group of Minnesota sheriffs want to make it harder for those suffering from mental illness to obtain guns. Hennepin County Sheriff Rich Stanek, Carver County Sheriff Jim Olson and others are holding a news conference Wednesday to announce proposed reforms to the state's gun laws.
