Some issues from the St. Cloud community will be brought to the attention of state and national policymakers today on Friday.

A collection of 20 Mayors from along the Mississippi River gathered at the River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud for the second annual Mississippi River Cities and Towns Meeting.

The Salvation Army is racing the clock to meet their holiday fund raising goal, and some of our area mayors are rising to the occasion.

Mayors from around Minnesota are telling Gov. Mark Dayton that cuts to local government aid would hurt the ability of their communities to provide public safety, perform needed maintenance and deliver services like libraries and community centers.
