St. Cloud State University and the city of St. Cloud will officially close of the land swap for George Friedrich Park tomorrow (Friday). St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis and University President Earl Potter III will hold a signing ceremony in the park, located approximately at 1908 University Drive Southeast, at 2:00 p.m.

A land swap that would help pave the way for a new St. Cloud Technical High School could to take another step forward tonight (Monday). The city council is expected to approve the deal during their meeting, which will trade 40-acres of city-owned land to the St. Cloud Area School District in exchange for 66-acres of land.
