Man Arrested in Benton County Car Theft
Benton County authorities have arrested a Hector, Minnesota man on car theft charges.
Sheriff Brad Bennett says they were called to Mid-State Homes near Rice just after 9:00 Monday morning. Witnesses had reported a man was trying to break into the business
