The Stearns County Attorney has charged Marcus Barshaw today (Thursday) with second degree murder for killing Jeffery Schutz in Rockville. Twenty-eight-year-old Barshaw is accused of shooting Jeffery Schutz of Rockville six times at about 4:00 a.m. on Sunday.

One man was shot and killed, and the suspect was shot by police, early this (Sunday) morning in Rockville. The Stearns County Sheriff's Department says the incident began at about 4:00 a.m. when they received a report of a man with a gun at 301 Broadway Street East in Rockville, on a report of an altercation in a home.
