A St. Cloud man is in trouble with the law just months after he was acquitted on attempted murder charges. Fifty-five-year-old Herbert Campbell is charged with 3rd degree assault and domestic assault in Sherburne County.

A Stearns County jury has found a St. Cloud man not guilty in a shooting incident which injured a man in March. Fifty-four-year-old Herbert Campbell was acquitted on 2nd degree attempted murder and 1st degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
