Furry, four-legged superstars of every size, shape, and breed took over the River’s Edge Convention Center for the annual Granite City Kennel Club Dog Show this weekend.

A variety of dogs from the familiar to the obscure competed at the Granite City Kennel Club’s 2018 All Breed Dog Show this weekend.

The annual Granite City Kennel Club dog show had a great turn out this year. Karen Derr had her portuguese water dog, Beamer in the show and says that confirmation shows like this one are more laid back than performance shows. Confirmation dog shows are based on the dog's structure and movement rather than a performance show that highlights agility or obedience.
