A Fire Weather Watch has been issued for central Minnesota Monday. It will be in effect until 7:00 p.m. with winds out of the west in the teens and a few gusts over 20 miles an hour.
Hot and dry weather will bring temperatures into the mid 90s across much of the region this afternoon. Strong winds will develop as well, which will create dangerous fire weather conditions.
