The Minnesota Department of Revenue and the Stearns County Attorney’s Office have charged Robin and Mary Olson with 24 tax-related felonies each.

The Minnesota Department of Revenue has charged Grady Shearer of Foley with 53 counts of felony failure to pay sales tax and 4 counts of felony failure to file income tax returns.

A Hamline University law professor has been placed on probation for two years for failing to file state tax returns for 2004 through 2007. Ramsey County Judge Salvador Rosas also sentenced 48-year-old Robin Magee of St. Paul on Friday to 80 hours of community service and a $300 fine.
