Manpower Survey Shows Modest Hiring in 4th Quarter
Minnesota employers plan to hire workers at a modest pace in the fourth quarter of this year. According to the latest Manpower Employment Outlook Survey, 12% of those businesses polled plan to hire in the next three months. However, 11% plan to cut staff.
