If you are planning to celebrate St. Patrick's Day Friday with some green beer or a little Irish Whiskey, authorities remind to plan ahead before you go out. The Department of Public Safety says St. Patrick's Day is the second leading holiday for DWI arrests per hour, only behind Labor Day.
A Sartell woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while drunk, on her way to pick up her sister arrested earlier for the same offense. The incident happened just before 2:00 a.m. yesterday (Sunday) along River Avenue South.
