Waite Park officials are asking residents to complete a survey on how you envision Waite Park's assets and its future development opportunities. The survey is part of a land use study put on by the city and St. Cloud State University.

The early stages of a second two-hotel development in Waite Park have begun. Miller Architects is planning to build a 90-room Staybridge Suites extended-stay hotel and a 120-room Holiday Inn, including a restaurant and bar, on a vacant lot next to Menards along Highway 23.
