Many craft breweries, like so many other small businesses that were forced to shut down or alter their business model, are on the brink of closing for good. And, they say a change in state law is a lifeline they need to stay afloat.

St. Cloud is the latest Minnesota city to allow Sunday growler sales. The city council approved the revised liquor ordinance during their meeting this (Monday) evening. The change comes after the Legislature changed the state law earlier this year, and left the decision up to local governments.
