After closing its doors to visitors last year due to COVID-19, the Charles Lindbergh House and Museum in Little Falls is excited to welcome back visitors.
Little Falls officials hope state bonding money for the Charles A. Lindbergh Historic site will fly this legislative session. Site manager Charlie Pautler says they're requesting $650,000, which is part of the Minnesota Historical Society's larger request of over $7.3 million.
Lindbergh made his name in a small single engine plane with five sandwiches and a quarter of water. The twenty-five year old Charles A. Lindbergh’s historic non-stop flight from New York to Paris may have taken thirty-three hours, yet his fame is still recognized today.
