Two people were arrested in a drug raid in north St. Cloud. The Central Minnesota Violent Offenders Task force used a search warrant at a home at 721 28th Avenue North Tuesday morning, after an investigation into the sales of controlled substances.
A St. Cloud man has been charged in federal court on weapons and drug charges. Thirty-four-year-old Billy Ashmore was taken into custody after a traffic stop by St. Cloud police on July 1st.
A man was tazed as he allegedly tried to run from authorities today (Tuesday) in LeSauk Township. The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force conducted a search warrant at 32502 County Road 1 based on information that there was a man hiding at the home who had an outstanding warrant for 2nd degree assault.
Three people were arrested Monday morning after a concerned neighbor believed drugs were being distributed from a home nearby. The incident happened at about 5:00 a.m. at 1405 10th Avenue South in St. Cloud.
Marijuana and guns have been seized from a farm in Morrison County. Officers raided the farm site at 9437 Emerald Road near Randall yesterday (Tuesday), where they allegedly found about 60 marijuana plants in a growing operation, along with several items of paraphernalia, and a large tub of dried marijuana.
