Cathedral Girls Golf

The Cathedral girls golf team finished 5th in the Class AA State meet at the Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan. Detroit Lakes won the team competition. Kate Smith, a 8th grader from Detroit Lakes, won the medalist honor. Kourtney Williams of Becker finished 2nd, Marja Sorenson of Rocori finished 9th, Lucy Gaetz of Cathedral finished tied for 26th and Erin Stocker of Cathedral finished tied for 36th.

The Cathedral girls golf team is in 5th place after the first day of the Class AA state meet at the Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan. Kourtney Williams of Becker is in 4th place individually, Marja Sorenson of Rocori is in 10th place after shooting a 81 and Lucy Gaetz of Cathedral is in 29th place after shooting a 86. The 2nd day of the competition is today.
