We now know the name of the new restaurant that's going into the former Brother's Bar and Grill location. Co-owner Branden Warner says they just opened their first restaurant in early January, and they are already expanding.

Brothers Bar and Grill in downtown St. Cloud is closed. One of the co-owners of the building Doug Boser of Inventure Properties says they decided to end the lease with the Brothers franchise to make way for a new restaurant.

The St. Cloud city council has changed their mind and have granted the transfer of a liquor license for Brothers Bar and Grill. During tonight's (Monday) meeting, the council voted to approve a provisional liquor license to the new owners.

An application to transfer the liquor license for Brothers Bar and Grill in downtown St. Cloud has been denied. The St. Cloud City Council voted 4-3 against the transfer of the on-sale intoxicating and special Sunday liquor license.

Currently home to Brothers Bar and Grill, the Benson Brothers Building has a history in downtown St. Cloud stretching back to 1901.

A new weekly event in downtown St. Cloud combines art, cocktails, and appetizers. It's called a Paint N Party and it's held every Tuesday night from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Brother's Bar and Grill.

Last week we told you that Brother's Bar and Grill was coming to the 5th Avenue Live! development. It's the latest business to sign a lease at the project. Developer Brian Schoenborn says they now have two of the four buildings in the North 100 block filled - Brothers and Cloud Coworking. He says they're also very close to filling the 125 building.

A new bar is coming to downtown St. Cloud. The developers of the 5th Avenue Live! project have announced they've signed a lease to bring a "Brothers Est. 1967 Bar and Grill" to the 100 block of 5th Avenue North. It will be located in the 119 building, which was formerly the 5th Avenue Furniture store.
