St. Paul Foster Father Pleads In Toddler’s Death
A St. Paul foster father has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of a 19-month-old girl in his care. 51-year-old Daniel Lee Wright agreed Friday, under the terms of what's called an Alford plea, that the government probably had the evidence it needed for a jury to convict him.
